The exhaust would become the intake and the intake would become the exhaust.
The spark plug holes are sized and positioned according to corrct rotation
of the engine. The unsymetrical water jacket passages are designed to
deal with cooling the engine when it is rotating in the
proper direction.

Never the less I think Royce is still working on it :)

Dave, Everett Hatch did build up one PP engine for opposite rotation. It was 
a "plugs up" config also. I don't remember the original rational for doing it, 
other than std. prop rotation using the planetaries available at the time.
