Welded tubing (cold or hot rolled) can also be DOM (drawn-over-mandrel).

Jack, you are correct welded tubing can be DOM. It isn't as common though
since it is expensive, and we want seamless tubing in any case.
So Phil ask for seamless tube and you won't go wrong.
