Looks like a Weber carb manifold. Should work great if you have enough
room on top of the engine under the cowl. Probably tuned for 8500 RPM
but you could make and extension for it.

Here is another picture from the MazdaTrix web page. As far as I can tell
they don't sell this manifold separately. Only as part of a $800 Weber package.

Hey Grant, yes it does sit high above the engine. There is not a homebuilt that I
know of that will alot that much room above the top of the engine for the Weber set
up. To fit under cowl. This would be awesome for an airboat. It does work well and
it is tuned for upper 7K to 8K range. There is a great throttle body injector set
on Ebay that I believe would make a great addition to this set up. It gets rid of
the IDA carb set up all together.
IDA Throttle Body Kit, Mazda 12A 13B RX7,RX-7  Item number: 2433524392 .Its not
cheap though. $600 for this!
