Higher compression ratio and the rotor housings would have the
exhaust
splitters in them for noise reduction. Hopefully these parts are
interchangable. Also looks like I would retain the 2nd gen front
cover
with CAS.

Perry, if you want power you need to go for a peripheral port.  Then
you will have more power than Tracy, rather than less (his exhaust
isn't  blocked with the "spitters").  My .02.

Turbos are so nice too, reduce noise.  I just got my 90 Turbo RX-7
going with a fresh engine, makes much nicer car.  I was delayed getting
it going because the engine wiring harness was melted internally and
shorting out.

Next project will be homemade NA PP with trick throttles to change the
"cam" timing.  I will dyno it and share the results.

Maybe someday Hans, but I want to just do an engine swap and keep
flying. No major mods to make it work
