You'll be walked through a couple of pages of license agreements.

After you download it, and install it, you'll need a key to unlock it.  You
get the key by going back to the website, and signing up for their email
list.

If that's not enough, once I got it working, I thought it was terribly
clumsy to use, and not very intuitive. I have used a lot of Cad programs,
both 3D and 2D, and it is one of the last I'd like to try again. It doesn't
support many file types, and when I tried to load a large dwg file into it,
it announced that it was going to crash the program, then did!  I had to use
ctrl-alt-delete to shut it down. A smaller dwg file seemed to run OK.

On the website, they do not mention that it's compatible with Windows XP,
but it is with Windows 2000 and NT, so I thought it might work.  They also
say that if it crashes, it might be due to the hardware acceleration in your
video card, and to turn that off.

Too much extra work for me.  I uninstalled it.  Visual Cad and Rhino are
still my choices.
