Assuming of course your down pipe is 2.5 inch OD or less. I wonder if you
can get it in 3.5 or 4 inch ID?

J. C. Whitney's website has this description:
Extra-strong interlocked construction won't kink or unwind. Tubing wall thickness: 0.010" for 1-1/2" to 2-1/2" tubing; 0.018" for 3" to 6"
tubing. Outside diameter is 1/8" larger than inside diameter (I.D.) size. Available in 5-, 10- and 25-ft. lengths (fully stretched-allow extra
length for bends).
So apparently whomever makes this stuff makes it in I.D. sizes up to 6". I looked around on J. C. Whitney's site but was unable to find any larger than
3".
I googled and found that Air Flow Systems Inc. sells flexible exhaust tubing (galvanized or stainless) by the foot in 3", 3.5", 4" and 5" inside
diameters. See:

4" Stainless is US$12.90 / ft, so it's a bit more than J. C. Whitney, but AFSI sells it in cut-to-length quantities (min. 2 ft).

Good work Russell. Could solve a lot of exhaust problems for us.
