Well depends. NC mills are most suited to making

dozens of parts.
That is... there is a huge up front cost of
programming it. If you have
skills with say Master CAM then much of this labor
can be done by you
and then you can email me the NC machine tool
program.

I am myself am far from up to speed on MasterCAM. I
can design
parts in Rhino and import them to MasterCAM but
there are some steps
I have to go through in MasterCAM before it will
output the final
NC machine tool code. Unfortunately Rhino will not
do that directly.
I am in the process of getting a book on MasterCAM.

BTW a taper is usually done on a lathe and not on a
mill.

Well, I guess that shows my ignorance regarding mills
and lathes...

I have no experience in those areas.

The upside is you don't need a expensive NC mill :) Karl Szczypta on here
has a lathe. He might do it for you. He is a very good machinist.
