Here is where to download an Aeroquip fittings catalog in pdf
form.

In my experience the Aeroquip Metric to AN fittings are much better
than Earl's/Holley.

They have M18 1.5 and M16 1.5 to dash six and dash eight.

Looks like we are stuck with dash eight hose. A bit over kill
at 7/16" or .4575" hose ID while all of the oil galleries in the 13B block
are 10 mm or .3937". Dash six would be a better match at 11/32" or
.3438" hose ID. Dash six is less costly, bulky and will bend to a
tighter radius than dash eight obviously. I suspect the pressure drop difference
would be minimal as the bends are much more gradual than the banjo
fittings used on the stock engine. Not to mention the sharp right
angles in the block galleries. If I were building a 11,000 RPM race
engine I would port some of those oil gallery intersections.

Better yet I would feed oil into the front of the e-shaft center
like a Porsche engine uses.
