Don't hold your breath. I was working on hydrogen fuel cell powered cars
twenty five years ago. The internal combustion engine is still a
very fast moving target.

Hi, Paul....I was not referring to the hydrogenfuell cell cars. I am
referring to the carbon fiber radiators on this site.  Paul Conner

Yes I finally realized that after I got the site to open. My normal pdf
viewer would not open it. I had to use another Linux pdf viewer not so user
friendly called xpdf.

The pdf file was generated by a Microsoft product designed to destroy
the industry standard pdf format. They did the same thing to html and
Java.
