No, sorry about the confusion- the exhaust flanges are square with four
bolt  holes, but the exhaust pipes are round. I had to get a machine
shop near here cut the flanges with a water jet. It would be interesting
to see how well square pipes attenuate noise.

While you are at it get them to make a batch of those square flanges.
I am sure a bunch of people would like some. I'll take four right
off the bat. Build a drill jig while your at it so the holes
will line up with the exhaust port.

I already had the flanges made. I order 1/4" 321 stainless  plate 
and had a machine shop here hydro cut them. The cutting alone was 
around $40. I got the plate from Exhaust Components in Southern California.

I'm sure that others can match the prices I got, what with the 
shipping to me and then the shipping back to the  person who would 
want them. I'm sure it would be just as easy if anyone who wanted 
some would order the plate from the place I mentioned above and found 
a machine shop to do it locally, or have it shipped to a machine shop 
that does it and then on to the final customer.

If anyone is having problems finding a place to hydro cut some 
flanges I'll get the contact info for the shop that did work for me.

Oh, and by the way, the way I got the exhaust port to line up with 
the flanges was to match the flange to the exhaust port prior to 
welding the pipe into it and using the flange itself as a drilling template.
