Thanks for the tip.  Is their website www.mazdamotorsports.com?  Unless
I'm missing something they refuse to deal with the general public.

Yes. What you do is join the SCCA or some other racing organization or RX7 sports car
club and show up and enter one or two solo events per year. You don't actually 
need to drive fast :)
