Hi, Paul....unfortunately, I am unfamiliar with wrapo.  Can someone
please explain how to make these settings? I am using Internet

Line wrap = wrapo :)

I don't know about MS email but in NetScape it is called "Wrap out
going plain text messages at _____" under Edit> Preferences> Messages.
I am sure there is something similar in MS. Can anybody help?

OK, IE is the web browser.  So are you using Outlook for email?

If so, try Tools -> Options -> Mail Format -> Internet Format

Some of these are menus, some are tabs, and some are buttons.

There will be a window "Automatically wrap text at" and a window where
wrap length can be set.

You probably should select "Convert to Plain Text format" in the
selection box just above it also otherwise I'm not sure the wrap setting
is active.

BTW, It only took me about 15 minutes to find this stuff.  I don't use
Outlook and rarely use IE.

If you're using a browser based email system, ???
