Every time I see those Cosmo ports I get jealous.

Here is what I am doing Bulent. The stand pipe will be replaced by
a 4 " diameter 11" long water tank that Ed Kleipes is welding up
as we speak. The bottom of the water tank "tees" into the intake
pipe of the water pump between the rad out let and the pump inlet. 

This way the pressure cap is at the lowest pressure point in the 
system so the average pressure throughout the system should be 
higher than the pressure cap. This will raise the boiling temp
and make the rad work better due to a higher difference in temp
between rad and outside air.
