The fact is, Moller will NEVER make his proprietary version of the Skycar
engine available to the amateur-built and experimental aviation marketplace.
Freedom Motors will NEVER warrant their "industrial/recreational" version of
the engine to the aviation marketplace (putting their engine in an airplane
or helicopter voids the warranty and all factory liability). Rotary
Applications International is the only company that has a sales relationship
that allows us to void their factory warranty, retrofit the engine for the
amateur-built and experimental aircraft sector, to offer a separate aviation
warranty on this third version of the Rotapower engine.

There is a licensed manufacturer of Freedom Motors engines that plans to be
in production by Q2-04. Will they get to market? I don't know yet. But, when
they do, Rotary Applications International will have engines to sell into
the amateur-built and experimental aircraft marketplace.

The best thing to do is just wait and see. Be cautious. Be skeptical. Wait
until the Rotary Applications International version of the Freedom Motors
engine is available for sale. Buy one. Test it out yourself. You want to
know what the SEC said happened with Moller and the SEC? Look up the
allegation on EDGAR (MLER is the OTC stock symbol). You want to know the
truth? Contact Moller directly and they'll put you in touch with the
stockholders who are planning the class action suit, and will provide you
with ample documentation on what really happened.

Eric,
I understand the Rotapower engine is not in production yet. But do you
have some "prototypes" running at your facility? That would be a first
step in developing all the systems for installation in experimental
aircraft. Please keep us informed of your progress.
