Its 50 year old tech Paul. Would be a lot lighter if designed for the

Mazda

and not 300 HP you are asking from the turbine. 1500 HP total. Will be

a world

record HP from a Mazda rotary engine let alone stuffed into an RX7.

That's a supercharger, not a power turbine.
Supercharger's on the goesinta end.
Power turbine is on the goesouta end.
