Paul & Archie, Thanks for responding on the wall thickness question!

I'm considering turning some Wiggins Couplings using the drawings on Paul's
site but I am having difficulty finding aluminum tubing in the 1-7/8 in the
250 wall thickness and 2" in the .188 thickness. Does anyone know of a
supplier?

Also I'm looking for a 45 degree elbow in 1-3/8" tubing. There are places
that will bend it but it is probably cheaper to purchase it from a supplier
that stocks it as a standard supplied item?
Del Johnson

I think you are better off making them out of bar stock Del.
Thick wall tubing is much more expensive if you can even find the right
wall.

BTW I would scale them up to 1-1/2 inch as 1-3/8 is not standard coolant plumbing
size. Hind site on my part.
