Yes it does not look that bad.

It might just be a total. With an RV, the wing spar is drilled to the fuselage bulkhead. You can't just build another set and slap them in. The fuselage
doesn't look too bad, and I've got zero experience rebuilding aircraft- my sum total is putting together mine. but I think that if I had the same damage to
mine, I'd just spend the ~$12000 and build a new one and salvage what I could from the old.

By the way, thanks for the input on the 2 mm apex seals. The three responses favored sticking with the 2mm, no contrary opinions so far.
