You won't be turning 9500 RPM like the Leman engine anyway. You will be limited
to 7500 due to the prop and the 2.85:1 PSRU. My wild ass guess is it should develop 
at least 210 HP. at 6000 and 260 HP or so at 7500 RPM. We shall see.
