Thank you Phil,   I had a hand in building the prototype but quickly
reached the point where a real machinist was needed.  I have not
determined price yet.  Keep in mind there will be other expenses
along
the way.  The housing will have to be bored,  the insert epoxied in
place and blended with the housing.   An intake manifold will be
needed.   However, the throttle body was the big deal,  now that it
is
a reality the rest should come together in a few months.   Jerry

Fine looking job on the throttle body/s. I would like to make a
suggestion. For aircraft use we would like to have a very tight and
reliable fit. My
suggestion is to make the the hole bored into the housing a .001 inch
press fit. The insertion can be made using  liquid nitrogen. The fit
will seal itself
but you can still put some epoxy on the housing prior to inserting
the body. The housing and the body stabilize all will be well. Just
my $.02.
