I think this is a very bad idea.  You turn an exhaust leak into carbon
monoxide coming into the cabin.

Why not simply add some plumbing to the oil cooling system or water cooling
system & bring an auxillary radiator into the cabin?  A cheap computer-type
fan could blow some air through it to heat the cabin air w/o CO risk.
Similarly, a couple of valves could provide a means to cut the aux radiator
out of the loop & stop leaks / excess heat.

I suppose one could also fabricate a cuff under the cowling which captures
heated air off the radiators, but this still leaves risk for CO if an
exhaust leak is poisoning the air under the cowling.
