Thanks for the tip Russell.
Well perhaps not an individual law suite but a class action suite funded
by enough people to wear them down. Also writing your elected representatives
would also work if enough people did it.

Cool, that activation problem has obviously been solved.  However, after
not activating, can you still get the two dozen or so security updates that
I've downloaded since I "upgraded" to XP?  There are still a lot of holes
in the "latest and greatest" M$ OS.
