Apparently, and as far as I can tell, Mazda has not discovered running it lean
like Tracy does or running it lean affects the emissions unfavorably.
Here is a small sample of the raw data.
I have numbers at 65, 60 and 55 MPH.

I beleve the latter is the problem. Most ICEs the oxides of nitrogen rise when
running lean. This is a measured "smog" item. Probably way high lean of peak.
