Does anybody know of an easy way of converting grams/Kw Hours to pounds/ HP hour?

The time is the same, there are ~ 454.5 g per lb and .746 kW = 1 HP,
454.5 / .746 = 609.5 or about 610.

My number is simply the inverse of .00164

Sorry Rolf! I missed your divide. I was so focused at the time on multiply.

We have a lot of other messages and suggestions but we now have the correct answer.
Aubrey Thompson's was the first correct answer.
