I made a simple web page as a frontend to the videos.  I also added a
copyright notice.  If you want to change it or remove it, let me know. I
could add that the videos are free to use for non-commercial purposes or
someting similar.

Pointing a browser to http://bob-white.com/lamar/ will bring up the
page.
