Looks very feasible indeed. The plenum would be mounted
at an angle and two fuel rails used. 3 inch dia cold air
tube comes straight in between the two tubes and the fuel
rails. Works well with cheek inlets.
It isn't clear to me why you claim two fuel rails are needed. Can you
explain why one fuel rail won't work?

Looks like we can put a baggage compartment on the right side of the engine.
I have another idea for a simpler alternate air valve. I think I can squeeze it
in in front of the plenum.
