I just got my new R&B Wagner catalog.

They are the only outfit in the world that has one inch inside
radius bends. That is the reason I designed my manifold around
1.90 inch OD RB Wagner pipe bends. Pipe sizes are different than
tubing.
Jerry these 180's will lower your manifold over the top
of the engine. They can also be used in the low profile pig tail
intake manifold I just up loaded. The down side is the thick
wall which makes the inside diameter smaller and the bends heavier.
The up side is they are easier to weld.
When the stainless versions are used for a turbo exhaust manifold
they
are very robust with .145 wall thickness despite being made out
of 304 rather than 321.
They also have hollow 1/8 inch wall 2003 aluminum balls in 2 inch,
2.5 inch and 3 inch diameter.Perfect for the check valve.

Does the tuned length of the intake runners vary with the i.d.? Jerry
It does but not by much with this difference.

I contacted R & B today. Minimum length of straight 1.9 o.d. pipe 20
ft. Minimum order $200.00. The 180s are 18.00 ea.
The prices have gone up a lot. Hold off on these. I am working on a better solution.
