Jerry,

Ultimate P-port intake manifold. Up to 270 HP with 8000 RPM prop.
If it don't fit under the cowl raise the cowl. No more whining :)

It is well worth it. Tunes for take off, climb and top speed.
Replaces a constant speed prop at much lower cost and weight.
As icing on the cake it tunes for lowest fuel burn
at any altitude. Does everything. Has alternate air.
Large volume plenum. Catches excess fuel.

Uses off the shelf 2 inch tubes on 3 inch center line radius.
Also off the shelf Zero plenum chamber.

Shown in take off mode. Slot the top of the cowl to accommodate
four or five inches of lateral travel. Build a sliding panel
to seal the top of the cowl.

My Christmas present to you. Merry Christmas!

If you don't do it this way it is the highway!!!!!
Think about it! You better Think! Think what you are doing to you!!!

Paul, instead of moving the plenum box, ram air, fuel & elec lines, etc,
just anchor it to the engine and have the side that the air horns stick
through movable with Teflon to Teflon slides / side seals. You could move
the side with a push/pull cable or a small elec linear actuator like we use
for trim & speed brake on the Velocity.
