BTW a local chap advised me that the Kis is out of production, is that

A couple of things. The guy that bought Kis kind of dropped the ball.
I don't think he ever truly got his act together on making any
of the models he had molds for. I'll let Vance fill us in if he will as he

knows

far more about it than I do. The molds are still around so perhaps they
will resurface.

Actually, the KIS has not been out of production, but the operation was so
badly
handled that this was virtually true. The company is undergoing a complete
restructuring with Solly now totally out of the loop, and the composite
manufacturing
moving to El Salvador. Rich Trickel will be the composite manufacturing
manager
and the marketing staff is still in flux. Actually I believe that two
complete Cruiser
kits are in stock, as well as 2 2place KIS kits that have been repurchased ,
and some
Pulsar kits. Rich can be still be contacted at flykis@aol.com for more details on
the
status, and possible purchases The El Monte CA location will be maintained as
an office for U.S. contact. It is planned that the operation will be
stabilized as the
"Pulsar Group" for the Fly-in season. This has been in process for quite a
while
but under a sort of "gag" order till now.
