Does anyone have a drawing of the oil pain bolt hole pattern for a

renesis

engine?  I would guess that at least some of the holes, such as in

the

rotor housing area, might be the same as the 13B?

Another option might be to obtain an RX-8 oil pan.  I've read that

many

have been replaced under warranty.

I tried to get mine back from the dealer and he said he had to turn

it in.

They gave a premature low oil warning light.

How about getting a oil pan gasket and using that as a template? You'll

need a pan gasket eventually anyway, and it's relatively cheap, I think.

Thanks Brian,

I had already thought of this, but they are not quite 'exact' enough to
build a CAD drawing to machine an RX-8 mounting plate with exactly the
"ears" I will need.  It will give a general idea of what holes will match
up, however.
