BTW Francois got any pictures of that mounted turbo tach circuit. I
can't quite figure out how it is mounted from just looking at the
pictures on the Spanish manufactures web site.

Paul, here are the pictures of the turbo RPM sensor you asked me for.

Francois could you please take a close look at the end of this sensor and tell
me what you see? I suspect it is one or more optical fibers. As far as I can
tell it looks like the compressor wheel is stainless steel so a magnetic
type will probably not work. Also fiber optics can handle the 12 blades up 
to 150,000 RPM no problem. I don't think a magnetic sensor can go that fast. I could
be wrong.
