I'm pretty well on my way to having everything I need for a .125
thick exhaust headers, but others on this list might find it useful
to have some way of purchasing some of those bends. Is there any
way that you could provide information on how to get some of
those tight bends?

For tight bends I use weld 90's, they can be found at industrial
plumbing supply such as places such a Famillion northwest, they have
them in 308 and 316.

I drove by the place I bought my bends over 10 years ago. The shop is
now gone. I expect that any large city or area which has boiler or oil
field equipment should have a supply shop for repairs. a internet search
should also locate a supplier. These bends are quite tight and will make
manufacturing an exhaust system very simple. Sorry I can not be of more
help.
