seems to know what it is or heard of it.  It is the turbo that Tom Parkes is using on his 20b. I'll be going with a similar system to Tom's. I'll just match up the map.

Also what is the size of the hole where the exhaust gases come out
of the turbine? What is the size of the hole where the fresh air goes
into the compressor? Coming out of the compressor?

Measure the area of the exhaust passage where it goes into the turbo 
charger. Measure the distance from the center of that hole
to the center of the turbine shaft. You will then know the approximate
A/R. One can probably come up with a similar TO4 configuration.

Hugh Mcinnes mentioned the TE0670 in his early 1978 edition of "Turbochargers"
He said it had no oil seal on the compressor end. As I recall
Tom had problems with oil blowing out of the exhaust. We at first thought
it was drain back problems but this shines a new light on the problem.
