Eamon Hurley told me a funny story about exhaust pipe
diameters. He said he notice that the noise was painful and
nuts would vibrate off studs as you watched with the engine
running a full chat and with 1-3/4 inch exhaust pipes.

When he went to 2 1/2 inch exhaust pipes everything quieted down.

Hmmmm. The first 6 inches of my exhaust will be 1 5/8" Id, then it goes to 2 inch id for the rest of the exhaust system, with a flowmaster muffler. Hope it's not too hard on the ears. The turbo
rotor housings have no exhaust splitters in them. Proof will be in the pudding, I hope to know in about 4-5 months, if all goes well.
