Paul, the two small holes are in a mirror image position from the mazda diagram you posted earlier. The dxf file was also rotated .569 degrees
Otherwise it looks good.

with circles?

Chris Cosman  please rotate the small  pilot holes 90 degrees CCW.
Make it look like the RX8 manual illustration shown below.
