$50 each, maybe a discount for a group order they can tool up for.  He
needs the size of the holes as they showed up as a zillion lines rather
than circles when he opened the file (software I'm sure).  Right now
they have little to no lead time, they're in-between projects so any
orders would be filled quick.

I volunteer to be the go to guy on this.

If he can scale it from the big center hole it is 1.96 inches in diameter
according to Bulent. Max OD is 5 inches.
