next. Oil temps maxed out at 180, and dropped to 160 downwind.  Not
as
low as I would like them to be, but going in the right direction.

You will get more power with a ram air scoop instead of the NACA. What
is current intake manifold pressure?

namely the terminus of the NACA-style duct where it meets the
firewall.  You'll get better dynamic pressure recovery across the face
of the cooler if that is radiused, even if it means you build up the
floor of the duct to accomplish it (counter-intuitive).
