You will get more power with a ram air scoop instead of the NACA.
What is current intake manifold pressure?

Hi, Paul....the only problem with this solution is that it would block off
all airflow to the oil cooler, which is essentially the top of my plenum
(the uppermost short horizontal line in your drawing).  Nothing is perfect.

Is  I realized that after I uploaded it. Any air going in there will probably
end up going through the oil cooler as it is thinner than the rad.
also if the air has any velocity it will tend to stack up in front of the
oil cooler. I think you will eventually have to rearrange things.

We tried that. Big problem is signature files appear all over the place.
It gets to be an unreadable mess. Most prefer it this way in chronological order.
