I set up Tracy's system in the hangar to measure the injector pulse
widths using my oscilloscope

Why does the chart show 12K rpm in the center and then show descending
rpms to the right? That would indicate that you were measuring the
longest pulse width at 7500 rpm? Perhaps I'm missing something here, or
perhaps the system uses the longest pulse width with a SINGLE injector
at 7500? Please clarify if I am reading the chart correctly.

Tracy's system pulses the injectors once per revolution of the
e-shaft. The shorter the period between pulses the higher the RPM.
frequency (RPS) = 1/period (in seconds)
