Paul, see attached pic,  I've created the .375" spacer.  I'm getting pretty good at
making these by hand.  With such low production numbers I may just do that if this
design works out.  I'll ship this off to you today if thats ok.  T.W.

Looks good Tom. I need it for Marks manifold. I'll have the 3/8 Teflon
tommorrow morning. The buttons should be in today anytime now. If you need
one or two let me know. I am getting ten.

Are you still using the plasma cutter?

I was thinking a water jet might be better for this thick material.

Hi Paul, These Proto types, have been created by hand.  I have a set of templates and it really dosn't take to long.  If we need more than a few then I agree water jet is the way to go.  Once we get this one together running and proven,  I'll pursue water jet cutting of the spacer.  The 3/8" material does not cut well using our low end plasma system.  We usually cut .080 and thats just fine for our application.  Yes I'd like a few spacers to try.  I'll ship tonight on my way home from work.  should get to you by Friday.   T.W.
