A 12A from a trusted source (not trying to imply a warranty here) could
look
very good after the absurd prices I have see, and shipping is often less
than expected. The biggest impediment is probably all the bother to you
just getting it into the hands of a shipper. Assuming some kind of
reasonable arraignment for transport could be found, how much do you need
for the 12A? Who knows, it might even give me the reason I need to drive
across the country. I could use some time off.
Again, thank you all for the welcome help.

Here's a 12a that's been on my gyro, sold by the divorce judge, used on
another person's gyro, then sold back to me when he wanted to go with Subaru
EJ25. It has RB intake, Dellorto 48 carb, and inconel exhaust
manifold..... just as you've suggested, no warranty on the internals... it
used to be my "baby's" heartbeat!! I'll probably go Renesis on my next
project.
