The modified stock turbo now has about 40 hrs.  I flew it to Mammoth
last weekend and It did well.  Coming home at 17.5k I was seeing 185
KTAS with an 85 kt quartering tail wind giving me 265 kts (over 300
mph!) on the GPS.  Thats really cool.

No problems with the turbo at all.  If it gets to 500 hrs I will
consider it a success.  Max boost at SL with the w/g removed is about
45"MAP, which is perfect really.  That is as much as I would want to use
for take off and more than I can cool continuously (which is closer to
30" give or take depending on the OAT).  No more mods planed in the near
future, just flying and getting ready for paint.
