I figured it out Doug.
Extremely ingenious mechanism to say the least.

The floating hollow planet gear is free to move out of it angular
alignment by a tiny amount. Normally the three planet
gears are aligned 120 degrees apart. However... if this
floating hollow planet drum moves out of 120 degree alignment
it jams against the internal abutment shaft forcing all parts
together in closer contact. The force due to the torque
input causes the floating hollow planet gear to move slightly
out of alignment. I have exaggerated the movement so you can
see what happens between the sun, the floating planet and the
abutment shaft.

The abutment shaft inside the floating hollow planet gear runs
on ball bearings attached to the planet carrier as it
needs to rotate.

Major, major invention. Far, far reaching implications for
all sorts of device.

Very simple and easy to make.  We don't have to spend
1500 euros to buy one. You can make one. If not you
a grinding shop can make one or just the parts. Very
very simple cylinders and shafts. No big deal. We might be
able to buy super precision hardened and ground steel shafts
off the shelf for most of the parts. High precision grinding
is necessary for all of the parts. So too high precision
rigid ball bearings. I suggest silicon nitride ball bearings.

The remaining unknown is the type of oil used but I'll bet it is
the same oil used in many Japanese infinitely variable automotive
automatic transmissions.

Good thing we are not producing them for sale.
There will be one heck of a patent battle over this idea.

Here is the 3D. Note: that the small input shaft needs no bearings.
Totally self aligning and easy to connect to the turbo charger compressor
wheel. The ring gear is fixed and the high torque out put shaft is
the brown shaft coming out of the back.

That is why you don't see a lot of people jumping on the idea.
The Wankel rotary has been around for 55 years and 99.999 perecnt of the
world still does not understand it. IMHO the same thing will happen with
this invention.
