Paul, there are two issues created by the new s-beam location that
need to be resolved.   First is the possible conflict between the
weld bushing at the end of the s-beam and a typical  cowl. There may
be no problem at all, but we need to know.   Can  you look at this in
Rino?

Secondly,  the s-beam and exhaust interfere.  I can notch the exhaust
per black hatch marks to provide 1/2 inch clearance for the beam or
it is (sigh) design and build a new exhaust.  Jerry

Should be no problem there. The beam is about 3 inches wide
and the rubber bushing are 2 inch in dia. So too the large washer.
You might have to trim the side wall of the beam just a bit.
Or lengthen the cup.

Sorry about the exhaust. One must keep the can a bit shorter.
In other words no longer than necessary to accept the front
front (A/C) exhaust exhaust pipe. When you change one thing
everything else goes to ......... That is why you plan ahead
to the best of your ability and build it that way come what may.
ANY changes along the way WILL create havoc :)
