Is there a recommended VRML Modeling Program?  For conceptulizing a design, with out spending a fortune?   I have seen this one - RcCad.com,  not a bad price ($50).

Over the year I’ve noticed some high-level and professional looking 3-D
CAD drawings of various engine parts.  What CAD packages are used to
create these?  Attached are some examples 3D images.

I did these with Rhinoceros Version 3.0
It can be had for about $300 if you sign up for a
course in college. Otherwise it is around $1000.
They have excellent unlimited support.
The learning curve is much much less steep than Solid Works.
Particularly if you are coming from a 3 view drawing
program like ACAD.
