We've discussed dry sump oils systems for aerobatics...what about fuel
delivery? Run a clunk tank like RC planes?

That sounds like what I have in my RV-4.  I've just never heard it
called that.  The fuel pickup is a flop tube (hose) that pivots from
a 90 bulkhead fitting in the root end of the tank close to the
leading edge. The finger screen reaches almost to the back side of
the tank so it will lay on the bottom or the top depending on which
it currently is.  Of course it doesn't do me any good 'cause I
currently have a carburetor.

Don't your plans have an option for inverted fuel?  You're not trying
to maintain inverted flight in a Lancair or something are you ???   P-)
