Neither the RevMaster nor the Compu-Fire system is a starter-alternator,
correct? (That is, both are direct drive shaft driven alternators, with
the RevMaster also having a direct drive shaft driven ignition system.)

Paul, would you speak to Joe (at RevMaster) to see what his opinion is
on the feasibility of making it a starter-alternator?

I suspect that the Compu-Fire people, having a good-sized market in the
Harley crowd, are not too interested in entertaining that conversation.

Correct.

Joe is a smart guy. I suspect if it were possible he would do it as
it cuts a lot of weight but I will ask him anyway just for you Russell.

I still like the Harley unit driven from the back side of the prop flange :)
