Paul here is the response I got from Jenvy
Hello Tony
We use Fast Cad in the machine shop but all the designs are done using
Solidworks which is very good. We also cut all the patterns on a CNC
machine.
Im sorry but we are not intending to do a manifold for the rotary engine
yet. We are that busy with work that it will not be able to fit another
job in for ages.
I have supplied a few rotary engines before and they seem to go for
large twin injector bodies. Have you any idea what size bodies you are
after?
As you are trade you will get a 20% discount off our prices.
Regards
Simon
Notice he said YET!! so at some point they may do it if it isn't to much
trouble send them a drawing of the intake manifold for the 13b or eenesis
and see wath they say to that. By the way what size twin injector bodies
do I want?
Tony
If I get my NC mill going this spring I'll do an RX8 manifold casting.
I sold out of 2nd gen castings and bell mouth injector holder.
I do the patterns the same way. Done on a NC mill.
I will work on a design soon never the less.
In the mean time I will upload patterns for making your own
transitions out of sheet metal.

OK here is something most any tig welder can make.
You might think all you need do is squash a 2 inch round tube flat
and you are home free. Wrong! It is harder than it looks. If you
squash a two inch round tube flat the area will be drastically reduced.
The idea here is the keep the area of the port the same as the
area of the round tube.
Roll up the pattern, butt weld the edges and form it to fit
the flange and 2 inch round .065 wall tube. You will need to do a
little porting on the flange and maybe the end housings to blend
the upper and lower ports together.
The first pattern is on 5 mm squares. The second pattern is in inches
on .1 inch squares.
This is the left side. The right side is a mirror image. May require
different patterns. Also the center ports will require patterns.
