Hi Paul.
I'm looking for 1.85 planetary reduction drive do you know
witch gear it is out of the transmission, whether it is the 3rd or 4th?
Could you let me know .
Thank you.
Henry.
It is the current same part as Tracy is using for the 2.85:1. I am
not sure
of the part number but I can guess it is this number 15 in
this page from the Slauson Transmission parts catalog.

It won't work as is. You will have to take power out of the
ring gear and hold the planet carrier stationary. Consequently
there will be some serous machining on these parts.
Paul Lamar
Ya got it backwards, for a 2.85 you take the power from the planet
and hold the ring gear solid.

NO I don't :)
He does not want 2.85:1. He wants 1.85:1 Ken.
Calculations for 1.85:1 are trivial and merely C/A
