Hi Burck,
You mention the alternator, but have pictures of the starter so I
assume that was a misprint. The high current cable from your battery
is connected to 'C'. You need to supply battery voltage to 'B' from
the starter switch to activate the starter. When voltage is applied to
'B', it closes the solenoid which connects 'C' to 'A' causing the
starter to run.

Ah, Man... Stupid, sorry --- I don't know what I was typing when I said
alternator. Yesterday I had two questions somewhere; one on the alternator --
which I eventually solved and then the starter which I couldn't. It was
a "typo" sorry about the confusion.
