Seems since the piston engine is bass ackwards compared to the rotary engine
we need to figure out a way to conduct the spark to the fuel.  Inlaid matrix
pattern of ceramic semi conductors to create a plasma?  It works on our
corona discharge ozone generators but that environment is not so hot.
Ozone won't happen over about 40C.  Plasmas will and some ozone generators
work better under several atmospheres.   Good match?


It is interesting to note that the outer part of the ozone generator is
stainless steel and the inner dielectric is a ceramic semi conductor.
Our early designs used nickel power inside a glass tube and with an air gap
of about 3mm. We drove them with Toyota ignition coils and on 24vdc.

Some coatings of titanium work great in plasma generators.  Coat the correct
area of the  rotor depression, and mix in some platinum as well while you at
it:) Have the apex seal or a conductive corner seal hit a curved contact in
the side housing to fire the circuit. The circuit can be advanced or
retarded  electronically.

A rarely mentioned fact is the combustion chamber and combustion process are
rotating while the spark plugs are fixed.
